The 2010 NC 4-H Forestry Invitational will be held on October 2, 2010, at Schenck Memorial Forest in Raleigh from 9am - 2pm. The registration deadline for the NC Forestry Invitational is September 17, 2010.
The state contest will consist of:
* Tree Identification - 25 species
* Tree Measurement - 15 trees
* Forest Insect Identification - 10 species
* Forest Disease Identification - 10 samples
* Forest Evaluation - team event, 60 minutes
